As part-time Social Media Manager (m/f/d), dedicating a maximum of 20 hours per week to the position, you will be responsible for promoting our Coliving spaces and our innovative, sustainable living concept. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact by representing us on social media and beyond.

Deine Aufgaben

Lead our social media channels to success by creating fun and inspiring posting strategies that help us grow our brand presence
Create blog posts optimized for both SEO and human readers to increase brand awareness and generate leads that align with the POHA design and tone of voice
Organize and manage the content creation for our Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn Accounts
Record and edit photos and videos and make sure our content is aligned with the latest social media trends and needs of our target group
Source user generated content by incentivising POHA residents and content creators to post about their experience at POHA House
Interact with the POHA Community and increase our engagement rate
Support the Marketing team with day-to-day marketing activities

Dein Profil

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, in English and German
Experience in content creation for Social Media platforms like Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
True passion and creative approach to content creation: Running your own social media accounts or have previously managed accounts for a brand is a plus
Creativity and a good understanding of social media trends
Solid understanding of brand guidelines and principles and how to effectively translate them into Social Media content
An eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
Passionate about Coliving and the startup ecosystem, eager to contribute to the growth of a young, innovative company
